Prof. ZHANG Xian, the Director of the Dramatic Literature Dept. and a member of IATC Excom attended the 2013 2nd Excom Meeting of IATC and the Romanian 23rd National Theatre Festival in Bucharest from Oct. 26 to Nov.2.  In the Excom Meeting, Prof. ZHANG Xian introduced the preparatory work for the 2013 IATC Beijing Congress up to the present and discussed the topic of the Congress.
