In the afternoon of November 16th, an appointment ceremony of the world famous director Tadashi Suzuki as Honorary Professor of The Central Academy of Drama was held in the eastern hall of experimental theater at the academy.

Prof. Xu Xiang, the president of the academy, presented the ceremony. He made a speech to introduce Mr. Suzuki and shared stories between Mr. Suzuki and the academy. After that, Mr. Suzuki expressed his gratitude of being employed by The Central Academy of Drama.

After the brief but solemn ceremony, Mr. Suzuki gave a funny and vivid impromptu speech for students of Directing Department.
