Mr. Chen Lei, a CPC member, is an Assistant to President and a member of the Party Committee of the CAD. He is an expert of National Centre for Schooling Development Programme.

He obtained his master’s degree after his study at the Department of Directing at the CAD from September 2006 to July 2009. Since 2003, he has successively held many posts, including the Session Chief of Teaching Materials of Teaching Affairs Office, Session Chief of Catering of Logistic Department, Deputy Director of Logistics and Assets Management Department, Deputy Director of Office for Preparation and Management of Changping Campus (part-time), Deputy Director and then Director of Logistic Department, and Secretary of the Party Branch of Logistic Department (part-time). He was appointed as an Assistant to President in January 2019.
