Born in December 1974, Mr. Gan Xiaojun is a CPC member and holds a master's degree in Philosophy.

Before his job at CAD, he once served as Director of Discipline Inspection Commission, Director of Supervision, Deputy Secretary of Discipline Inspection, and Director of Inspection of the Party Committee at Beijing Language and Culture University.

Currently, he is incharge of Committee for Discipline Inspection and presides over the discipline inspection of the CPC members at the CAD, as well as the supervision and inspection of the Academy.

He oversees the Department of Theatre Management and the Department of Science Theatre.
