In order to further develop communication and cooperation in the field of education and art, as well as promote mutual understanding of young artists in the two nations, Prof. XU Xiang, on behalf of the Central Academy of Drama, signed a friendship and cooperation agreement with Mr.Semen I. Mikhailovsky, the rector of St.Petersburg’s State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture, named after Ilya Repin, on Nov.20 2012.
