The Central Academy Signs an Agreement with Danube University of Romania

Prof. XU Xiang signed a cooperation agreement with Mr. Iulian BIRSAN, Rector of "Lower Danube" University from Galati(Romania) on Dec.18. Mr.Cristian Alexandru, Counsellor of the Embassy of Romania participated in the signing ceremony.
