From September 10th to 25th, 1st Edition of Asian Traditional Theatre Workshops hosted by UNESCO Chair on Theatre Education will happen in The Central Academy of Drama at Changping campus, and it would be the 1st event arranged within the framework of the UNESCO Chair on Theatre Education.

About 70 students and experts coming from four different countries, China, India, Japanese and Korea, will attend this workshop, and have basic training about Chinese Peking Opera, Indian Sanskrit Drama, Japanese Kabuki and Korea Changgeuk and Pansori together. After 12 days of training, a result of the Asian Traditional Theatre Workshops will be presented by all involved students.
