1.Registration

1)Please register at the International Students Office (Room 104) with these documents: passport, 2 photos (2 inch), Admission Notice and JW202 form,high school graduation certificate, transcript, and no crime certificate，etc (specific requirements can be found in the admission instructions for  international new students ). Students are supposed to show their insurance on registration (except full scholarship students).

2)Non-prospective students should also make registrations at the International Students Office on the Monday to Wednesday in the first week  of the semester. Students cannot register on time for some special reasons, they need to submit written letter for the office’s permission.

2.Visa procedures

1)Students, who have “X1” visa, should apply a Resident Permit within 30 days after entering in China. Please pay the tuition fee first, and then come to the office with materials of passport, Admission Notice, JW202/201 form, physical examination report and off-campus living registration to apply online.

2)As to apply a Resident Permit, students should take a physical examination within 5 days at the place (listed as below) with the materials of passport and the photocopy, 3 photos, Admission Notice, ￥450RMB before 10 AM from Monday to Friday and no breakfast please. For those who have already taken the physical examination in their home country, a confirmation is still necessary to make at the same place.

3)Students who live off campus should register at the local police station within 24 hours.

4)Process:

Step 1: Payment of tuition fee

Step 2: Physical Examination (for Resident Permit only)

Step 3: Submitting passport, physical examination report to the International Students Office for teachers to make online visa application

Step 4: Receiving the Visa Application Form from the office

Step 5: Submitting passport, Visa Application Form, physical examination report, living registration form, Admission Notice and JW202/201 form to the Administration of Exit and Entry of Beijing Public Security Bureau, 7 working days needed

Step 6: Receiving visa at the Administration of Exit and Entry of Beijing Public Security Bureau

Step 7: Registration new visa number at the office

3.Payment

The application fee, tuition fee, fees for accommodation  could be paid by remittance, bank card (only China Unionpay) and cash. If you will pay by bank card or cash, please pay the money to our financial department on the registration day. If you will pay by remittance, please transfer the money to the following account before August 15 (autumn)/February 15 (spring) (according to the exchange rate of the day you paid):

Insurance : The school contacts the insurance company to open an account, and students use their passport number to log in and pay. The payment methods include WeChat, Alipay and bank card.
