Prof. Jiang Langlang is a Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of the CAD. He is the Vice Chairman of Publicity Research Branch of China Association of Higher Education.

Mr. Jiang graduated from the Department of Chinese Language and Literature, Peking University with a BA degree in 1986, upon which he became a teacher at the department. Three years later, he began his study in Modern and Contemporary Literature at the Department of Chinese Language and Literature, Peking University and obtained a MA degree in 1992. Starting from September 1999, he had served as Deputy Secretary, Vice Director, and Secretary of the Party Committee for the Department of Chinese Language and Literature in Peking University. Then, from March 2012 on, he successively worked as the Director of Publicity, the Spokesman, and Director of News Centre at the University, on top of which he was elected to be a member of the Standing Committee of Party Committee in October 2017. In July 2020, he was transferred to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection there.

Since November 2022, Prof. Jiang has been serving as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee at the CAD.
