Ms. Jin Yan is a CPC member. She is now a member of the Party Committee, an Assistant to President, and Director of Development Planning Office.

Ms. Jin obtained her MFA from the Department of Theatre Management. She started to work as Senior Manager of Performance Department for China’s National Centre for the Performing Arts in July 2005, before she was transferred to the CAD in October 2012, where she served as Vice Director and then Director of the Party Committee Office/President’s Office. In August 2023, she was appointed as an Assistant to President of the CAD.
