Born in April 1975, Mr. Fan Xufeng is a CPC member and holds a Doctor of Education degree.

He has served as:

Deputy Director-General of the Department of Education, Science, Culture, and Health Research under the Research Office of the State Council;

Deputy Director-General of the Secretariat Bureau under the Central Education Work Leading Group;

Deputy Director-General of the Education Department of Hainan Province (seconded);

Secretary of the Party Committee and President of China Education Press Agency.

At the CAD, he presides over all affairs related to the CPC CAD Committee and oversees the School of Marxism and the Department of Dance Drama.
