Ms. Xu Zhen is a CPC member and an associate professor. She serves as a Vice President of the CAD and a member of the Standing Committee of Party Committee. She holds a doctorate degree in Art and Literature.

Ms. Xu started to work for the CAD in July 2004 after receiving her doctorate degree from the Department of Chinese Language and Literature at Peking University in the same year. She has been, successively, the Secretary of Youth League Committee, Vice Director and then Director of Graduate Students Office, Director of Party Committee’s Office/President’s Office, and Assistant to President. She became Vice President of the CAD in September 2016.
